Today I cycled 15 Km.  Then did a gym session – BACK & SHOULDERS  

Today I cycled 15 KM.  After that I was eating, and creating this website. My Strava App informed me that I had just covered my fastest ever 10 KM.   Onwards & Upwards! Mojoh x
