The Mojoh Method is a structured set of Gym & Pilates exercises, techniques and advice.
The Method is easy to learn, practice & improve by athletes of all ability levels.
In the Method one can find solid and reliable information, not only for the physical mechanics and techniques, but also for the mental and emotional challenges of the pursuit of success from novice personal lifestyle improvement, to serious athletic competition. The Method is a Personal Trainer combined with a Life Coach and Mentor.
The Method is a comprehensive guide containing all the knowledge and experience that the author wished he had at age 17.
The Method merges golden old-school fundamentals with modern techniques and practices, and often refers back to the lean pre-internet days by way of a reality check. It aims to provide clarity and focus for a younger generation which appears to be drowning in infinite choice; a generation searching for true nuggets of advice amidst an ocean of too much information.
The Method consists of 8 key sections – 7 of these are dedicated to actual Gym and Pilates exercises. There’s also an essential section on training fundamentals including advice on diet, injury prevention, injury recovery, general insights and psychology of training.
The 8 Sections of the Mojoh Method
- FUNDAMENTALS
- PILATES (divided into 4 progressively harder subsections)
- BACK & SHOULDERS
- BICEPS
- TRICEPS
- CHEST
- ABDOMINALS
- LEGS
The Method contains advice and anecdotes for young athletes, tips for runners, and routines designed to help sufferers with back pain to move forward on a road to self-help and recovery. One can also find advice on alcohol, diet, sleep, daily routines, consistency, hard work and rest periods. I have been coaching my techniques to a growing number of eager younger and older athletes who crave a better physique, or who wish to make themselves physically and mentally stronger following the traumatic years of the Covid pandemic.
I practice what I preach – The Mojoh Method is practiced on a daily basis by the author.
Don’t just talk about it, Do it!
