15 minutes: Assessment of your current fitness level
15 minutes: Establish your Goals, Limitations & Medical Condition
25 minutes: Introduction to begin your personal training journey
5 minutes: Plan your next online session/s
Subsequent sessions will depend on what you require and what I think you need to do. Everyone is different.
I have many standard coaching modules within the framework of the Mojoh Method, and these are the cheapest lessons,
starting from just 16 Euros / hour. I also run more specialized and personal training for example where you have
a weakness such as a bad back, shoulder problem, etc. These are also 16 Euros / hour.
I also provide more personalized Training Plans adapted to your particular needs,
which may include nutrition tips, special exercise sequences, motivation advice, progress reports
and assessments, and more. These cost a one time 45 Euros.
Payment is always in advance and booked time slots are strict.
A full refund is made if I cannot attend your booked slot. No refund will be given if you miss your slot.
Sessions can be booked in 30/45/60 minute blocks, where the price is always 4 euros for each 15 minutes.
You can purchase 6 lessons for the price of 5 lessons if you pay in advance for a block of 5 hours for 80 Euros.
I don’t currently have an online booking form or payment system, but
payment can be made direct to my bank in either Euros, USD, GBP (Pounds) or Turkish Lira.
All lessons are given using my own Home Gym which is limited to dumbbells, gym bench, Pilates mats, and Steps.
It will help if you have all or some of the same equipment at your location, and this can also be a gym if you have permission.
