Pricing Structure:
For all new clients, the first hour is FREE!
(no obligation or commitment required)
15 minutes: Evaluation of your current fitness level
15 minutes: Identification of Goals, Limitations & Medical Considerations
25 minutes: Orientation to commence your personal training journey
5 minutes: Scheduling of your upcoming online sessions
Subsequent sessions will be tailored to your unique needs. I offer numerous standard coaching modules within the framework of the Mojoh Method, with all lessons costing
16 Euros/hour
Additionally, I provide specialized personal training for targeted concerns, such as back pain or shoulder issues, at the same rate of
16 Euros/hour
Payment in advance to secure an appointment – this confirms a booked time.
Standard session is 1 hour, but shorter sessions can be arranged (minimum 30 minutes).
All sessions are via Zoom, using Pilates mats, dumbbells, & incline bench & steps.
You do not need any equipment, but it helps if you do, and you should dress appropriately for easy movement.
Please note that I communicate only in English, but there are some good real-time translation tools (if needed).
